19T169 Thread-Repair Hex Dies

These dies have an alignment plate that aligns the die when it's placed on a part to help prevent cross threading. The plate also improves the strength of the die compared to standard fixed hex dies. High-speed steel hex dies restore external threads on parts made from a variety of materials, including steel and nonferrous metals. They stay sharper longer than carbon steel dies.
