These standard keyseat milling cutters are made from carbide, which provides excellent heat resistance and wear resistance. Solid carbide milling cutters provide maximum hardness and cutting accuracy and are commonly used in production machining. The cutters have straight teeth and leave a finer finish on the workpiece than staggered-tooth milling cutters. They have a straight shank that mounts to a milling machine.
