These standard keyseat milling cutters have a left-hand cutting direction and are used in applications that require a left-hand tool. They are made from high-speed steel and provide good wear resistance for general purpose milling applications. They're more flexible and can absorb more shock and vibration than cobalt or solid carbide keyseat milling cutters. These milling cutters have straight teeth that leave a finer finish on the workpiece than staggered teeth. They have a straight shank that mounts to a milling machine.
